




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Administrator to manage the administration and documentation of construction projects, coordinate suppliers, and support accounting management. We are currently seeking to incorporate a **Construction Administrator** into our team at our **Salamanca** office. **What will you do with us?** * Administrative and documentary management of ongoing construction projects * Supplier control and monitoring: requesting quotations, onboarding, payments, and reconciliations * Purchase order management, delivery notes, and material control * Support in accounting management: invoicing, cost recording, and budgetary control * Coordination with site managers for certification follow-up * Processing documentation with public bodies and administrations * Management of documentary platforms (CAE, PRL, subcontractors) * Support in HR-related tasks for construction sites: working hour and incident tracking **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a construction company — **mandatory requirement** * Education in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Advanced proficiency in office software and Excel * Organized, solution-oriented individual accustomed to dynamic construction-site environments **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with construction management software (Presto, SAP, Navision, or others) * Proficiency in **Portuguese** — highly valued due to our Iberian international scope * Knowledge of other languages * Experience in direct coordination with construction-site teams **What will you find if you join us?** * **Permanent contract** from day one * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, in **on-site** mode in Salamanca * Competitive salary conditions, aligned with your experience and profile * Opportunity to join a solid business group with international projection and large-scale projects Interested?
