We are looking for someone who wants to become a key player in the group’s growth. What Will Be Your Mission? You will be responsible for the administrative, accounting, and financial management of FLO Group’s various companies, providing reliable and up-to-date information enabling Management to make swift and secure decisions. You will work directly with the General Management and collaborate with different company departments to ensure the group’s economic and administrative operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Comprehensive accounting management for all group companies. * Recording and reviewing accounting entries. * Bank reconciliations. * Management of issued and received invoices. * Control of collections and payments. * Treasury monitoring and cash flow forecasting. * Preparation of monthly and annual financial closings. * Preparation of financial reports and management dashboards. * Cost and project profitability analysis. * Economic monitoring of contracts, grants, and public tenders. * Coordination with tax advisors, labor consultants, and external auditors. * Organization and digitization of administrative documentation. * Internal administrative process control and improvement. * Implementation and optimization of management tools (ERP, automation, and artificial intelligence). * Support to Management in the group’s financial and strategic analysis. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance with proven experience will also be considered. * Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of management and accounting software. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational and planning skills. * Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing multiple companies or corporate groups. * Knowledge of analytical accounting. * Experience in budgetary control. * Treasury management experience. * Experience with grants and public tenders. * ERP knowledge (Holded, A3, Sage, Business Central, or similar). * Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Interest in process digitization and the application of artificial intelligence to management.
