Job Description: **Position Offered** We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** with experience in demanding logistics environments, capable of working under pressure and leading daily warehouse operations during the night shift while ensuring proper goods flow. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations. * Plan and manage multiple simultaneous truck loading and unloading operations. * Organize goods flow, ensuring service timeliness and quality. * Monitor location management and stock control. * Forecast loading and unloading volumes to optimize resources and space. * Operate front-end forklifts as operational support. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate the warehouse team. * Coordinate with the traffic department on logistics planning. * Ensure compliance with safety and prevention regulations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. * Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. * Valid forklift operator license and experience operating front-end forklifts. * Proficiency in office software and warehouse management systems. * Experience in location management and volume forecasting. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * International transport and consolidation experience is a plus. **What We Offer** * Joining an established company in the logistics sector. * A stable project with responsibility and autonomy. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and job responsibilities. * A positive work environment and professional development.
