Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide financial and management support in Seville, with experience in economic analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of processes and information systems We seek a candidate to join a team in Seville responsible for providing financial and management support to senior management and other departments. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing the economic\-financial metrics of the income statement to identify deviations, as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The role also involves advising users on management reports, participating in the creation and monitoring of budgets and commercial plans, and designing reports for commercial management analysis, ensuring their quality and reliability. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the collection and verification of historical data related to corporate transactions, optimize processes and information systems, and prepare ad-hoc reports for decision-making. Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is required, along with a high level of English. Data-driven clear communication, an internal customer service mindset, and teamwork capability are highly valued. A permanent employment contract is offered, full-time from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and a monthly salary of 3100 euros. A minimum of three years’ demonstrable experience in financial departments with similar responsibilities in Seville is required.
