Job Summary: We are seeking a Red Hat OpenShift Architect to define the usage, governance, and evolution of a production platform—taking the technology to the next level. Key Responsibilities: 1. At Infortec Consultores, we are looking for a Red Hat OpenShift Architect who does not come to “push buttons”… but rather to define how the platform is used, governed, and evolved—already in production. Because here, you won’t start from scratch. You’ll step into an existing environment… and take it to the next level. What will you do? * You’ll be the person bringing order (the good kind): Strategy & Governance * Define usage standards, architecture, and best practices * Design governance policies for the platform * Ensure quality, security, and compliance Advisory (technical guru mode activated) * Guide development and operations teams * Facilitate real adoption of OpenShift * Integrate the platform with key systems FinOps & Optimization * Optimize costs and resource consumption * Detect inefficiencies before they hurt * Improve performance and scalability Risk & Compliance * Identify technical and operational risks * Ensure compliance in critical environments What We’re Looking For A profile with vision—not just technical expertise: * +5 years in platform architecture / consulting * Solid experience with **Kubernetes and OpenShift * Knowledge of governance and frameworks (CAF, Well-Architected…) * Experience in FinOps * Background in microservices and cloud/hybrid environments * Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, or GitOps Bonus (top-candidate level) * OpenShift certification * CKA / CKAD If you enjoy making real impact, defining standards, and working with teams that rely on your technical decisions… this role is for you.
