Full-time working hours and permanent contract **Loading and Unloading Assistant \| Beniaján** At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and an international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are looking for two Loading and Unloading Assistants to join our logistics team, primarily supporting truck loading and unloading operations, as well as the handling and organization of materials and components destined for crane manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading crane materials and components onto trucks. * Handling and positioning goods, ensuring proper distribution and secure fastening. * Assisting with loading equipment (forklift, overhead crane). * Preparing orders and materials for dispatch. * Visual inspection of goods during loading and unloading. * Collaborating with the team to ensure safety and operational efficiency. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in truck loading and unloading (industrial or metalworking environment preferred). * Forklift operator’s license and/or overhead crane experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of safety practices in loading operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate a responsible attitude. * Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** * Full-time working hours and permanent contract. * A stable project within a growing industrial company. * Initial on-the-job training and occupational risk prevention training. * Salary commensurate with the applicable collective agreement and relevant experience.
