Description

Job Summary: Comprehensive customer service management, order processing, incident resolution, invoicing, and administrative support to sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and order management 2. Incident resolution and administrative support 3. Logistical coordination and system updates A minimum disability certificate of 33% is mandatory. Provide customer service both in person and by telephone, addressing customers' needs or referring them to the appropriate department. Manage, monitor, review, and record the order process and technical inquiries. Manage and resolve incidents and modifications that may arise in orders. Maintain an updated database. Issue invoices, perform accounting entries, dispatch delivery notes, and process credit notes. Review and track orders during preparation to ensure shipment on the scheduled date. Monitor and control delivery timelines with the transport agency or logistics department. Provide warehouse staff with instructions for preparing special orders. Coordinate with sales representatives to arrange stock replenishment for customers. Enter current rates/promotions into the IT system, and manage and update customer groups and discounts. Provide administrative support to the sales department. * 12 months of experience.
