Customer support and assistance, handling inquiries and incidents **Job Offer: Client Success Specialist** Shavo Vaults S.L.U., a leading company in the **high-security** sector with its headquarters in Dublin, is looking to hire a **Client Success Specialist** to strengthen its customer service team at its Madrid office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing in-person and/or telephone customer support and assistance. * Managing inquiries, incidents, and information requests. * Using computer tools and internal management systems. * Maintaining a professional demeanor consistent with the standards of a high-security company. **Requirements:** * High level of spoken and written **English** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of **computer science** and proficiency with digital tools. * **Flexible working hours**, including availability to work on **Saturdays and certain public holidays**. * Excellent **customer-facing skills** and customer orientation. * **Professional appearance** and attitude. * Prior experience in customer service and/or security environments is mandatory. **We Offer:** * Full-time, immediate contract to cover a maternity leave, with potential for continuation. * Opportunity to join a solid and prestigious company in the security sector. * Initial training and opportunities for professional development.
