Box office duties and cash reconciliation Job Description This vacancy involves serving customers visiting POBLE ESPANYOL, guaranteeing their satisfaction with the site experience. Required Profile * Friendly, empathetic, discreet, and helpful individual. * Ability to serve customers and resolve incidents. * Professional appearance and proactive attitude. Required Knowledge * Catalan * Spanish * English Responsibilities and Tasks: * Handle restaurant reservations and indicate locations. * Provide detailed site information (e.g., floor plan) to ensure a satisfactory visit. * Generate delivery notes for restaurants and nightclubs specifying the number of customers, for subsequent billing by Administration. * Assist with wristband distribution or guest list management during special events. * Monitor group or visitor attendance status via the company’s management system (IGC Manager). * Report any incidents or relevant information occurring during the shift to the Night Coordinator for handling or escalation to the appropriate department. * Report incidents affecting establishments within the site (e.g., keys, lighting, etc.). * Send an email to coordinators if any audio guides have not been returned upon site closure. * Ensure * that the entire entrance area, overhead signage, and graphic materials are properly collected and organized. Box Office Duties * Sell tickets at the box office. * Reconcile cash at the end of the shift. * On Sundays, accompany security personnel to transport and store the cash drawer in the office. Special Responsibilities on Weekends and Nightclub Openings * From 00:00 h Monday to Friday or during weekends, when a nightclub opens, count incoming customers using a clicker. Subsequently provide this count to the Night Coordinator for delivery note generation and subsequent billing by Administration.
