Assessment of professional experience in labor-related matters and system management We require an administrative support professional for the Human Resources department at a company located in Villa del Río (Córdoba). This is a temporary position for six months, with potential for extension, full-time working hours covering both morning and afternoon shifts (from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00\), and an annual gross salary of approximately €17\.500 according to the applicable collective agreement, with prospects for improvement. Main responsibilities include end-to-end management of selection processes, job posting, active candidate sourcing, CV screening, conducting individual and group interviews, coordinating with collaborating entities, and providing general administrative support to the HR department. Experience in labor-related matters—such as types of employment contracts and Social Security system management—is particularly valued. We seek a candidate with prior experience in personnel selection, advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ability to manage data and IT systems, basic knowledge of labor regulations, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and incident-resolution capabilities when interacting with employees.
