ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TECHNICIAN \#\#\# Top-Tier Automotive Multinational At Crearte Consulting, we are recruiting an Accounts Payable Technician to join a leading global automotive multinational, a recognized international benchmark in its sector. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who wishes to grow professionally within an international environment and become part of a dynamic and highly professionalized finance department. \#\# What will be your responsibilities? Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will actively participate in the management and control of financial processes related to the supplier area. Your main responsibilities will include: * Posting supplier invoices using internal management systems. * Recording and managing employee expense reports. * Reviewing and validating purchase orders generated in SAP to ensure correct payment processing. * Preparing and managing payment requests. * Communicating with suppliers and employees to track and forecast payments. * Preparing financial reports and supporting monthly and annual closing processes. * Collaborating on departmental finance projects and internal process improvements. * Ensuring compliance with company-established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
