Technical leadership and management of integration projects Tech Lead \- Integration Analyst As a Tech Lead Integration Analyst, you will join a dynamic and growing team of professionals passionate about integration and technology. You will work with a variety of integration technologies in the market, including ESB, Event Streaming, iPaaS, API Management, and implementation across multiple public/private cloud platforms, collaborating with top-tier national and international clients. **Technical Requirements:** Advanced expertise in WSO2 (API Manager, EI, Micro Integrator) and Gravitee.io: API and integration design, development, governance, and full lifecycle management. Solid knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and best practices for enterprise integration applied to scalable and maintainable solutions. Experience developing microservices and integrations using Java (Spring Boot / Quarkus), REST/SOAP services, and interoperability standards. **Experience with orchestration and automation tools:** Apache Camel, n8n or equivalents. **Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps environments:** Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Ansible. Knowledge of cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP), hybrid/on\-premise environments, and Docker / Kubernetes technologies. **API and integration security:** OAuth 2\.0, JWT, digital certificates, Keycloak, WSO2 Identity Server. **Experience in testing and quality assurance:** JUnit, Wiremock, Cucumber (BDD), SonarQube. Familiarity with the iPaaS/ESB ecosystem (MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services...) and Event Streaming (Apache Kafka). Experience in ETL/Data Integration (Talend, Informatica, SnapLogic...) is a plus. Experience in requirements analysis, technical\-architectural design, and modernization of legacy systems toward microservices and cloud architectures. Job Requirements Advanced English (B2/C1 level), mandatory for communication with international clients and global teams. Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise integration or API Management. Strong technical knowledge in integrations, systems, communications, and cybersecurity. Analytical ability and skill to solve complex technical problems. Effective communication with both technical and executive stakeholders. Experience in technical leadership and end\-to\-end management of integration projects. Ability to coordinate teams, provide mentoring, and support professional development. Autonomy and capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in dynamic environments. What We Offer?
