For new engineering projects, we require a **TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER/ARCHITECT FOR BUILDING PROJECTS in Madrid.** **Responsibilities:** * Review of structural designs, assemblies, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD 2D * Attendance at meetings with the UTE (Temporary Joint Venture) * Advisory support regarding proposed modifications from the UTE * Review of suitability of samples and prototypes proposed by the UTE * Technical assistance during construction execution in the architecture and finishing phases * Coordination with structural and installation disciplines * Generation of construction-support drawings and drawings to complete the Project * Generation of possible as-built modification drawings * Generation of architectural “as-built” drawings * BIM coordination with other disciplines. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience in BIM **Location:** MADRID **Offered:** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Large-scale project * Project within a UTE formed by leading companies in the sector
