DESCRIPTION A company specializing in installing polyester swimming pools in private homes is looking for a **Swimming Pool Commercial Technician** with experience in construction and customer service. The ideal candidate combines **commercial ability**, **technical construction knowledge**, and the capability to manage the full process from sale to final commissioning. You will work directly with private customers—advising them, monitoring construction progress, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality service supported by the after-sales department. No overnight stays away from home are required. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Sales and technical advice on private swimming pools (materials, models, equipment). * Commercial visits and preparation of quotations in collaboration with the technical office. * Knowledge of construction processes and materials to advise and accompany customers effectively. * End-to-end customer management: follow-up, issue resolution, and coordination with after-sales. * Coordination of subcontractors (excavation, concrete, cranes, transportation, etc.). * Planning and control of the **construction schedule**, in coordination with the site manager. * Pool commissioning and functionality verification. * Knowledge of **filtration systems, water filters, and basic water treatment systems**. * Reporting to management and basic use of IT tools. ### **Requirements** * Commercial experience in construction, building materials, or swimming pools (technical profiles with commercial skills are also valued). * Knowledge of external construction works, excavation, and installation processes. * Ability to coordinate suppliers and oversee assembly phases. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability. * Availability for daily travel within Madrid and surrounding areas (company van provided). * Technical architecture or building surveying qualification. ### **What We Offer** * **Stable contract and long-term project**. * **Salary based on merit:** €28\-35k gross annual. * **Company van** for site visits and commercial trips. * **Stable working hours according to season**: * **Winter** * Mon–Thu: 08:00 – 16:00 * Fri: 08:00 – 13:00 * **Summer** * Mon–Thu: 08:00 – 17:00 * Fri: 08:00 – 14:00 * Positive work environment and a growing company. * Opportunities for professional development within commercial and technical areas.
