Collaboration in continuous improvement of products and processes **Mechanical Drafter \- Designer** ======================================== We need to hire a person to carry out the duties of a **Mechanical Drafter-Designer**, located in Derio. We require a candidate with experience in industrial environments, accustomed to working on projects related to **sheet metal fabrication** and **machining**, participating in the design, development, and technical follow-up of manufacturing solutions. This is a **technical and stable position**, without managerial responsibilities, ideal for individuals with machining experience and proficiency in CAM. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and preparation of 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD. * 3D modeling and design of mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks. * Generation and updating of technical documentation for production. * Development of technical solutions for machining and sheet metal fabrication projects. * Creation, modification, and maintenance of manufacturing and assembly drawings. * Coordination with the workshop to implement developed designs into manufacturing. * Issuance and follow-up of manufacturing orders. * Specification of materials, components, and technical requirements for projects. * Technical support to production and resolution of manufacturing issues. * Participation in 3D printing and prototyping projects. * Collaboration in continuous improvement of products, processes, and technical solutions. ### **Candidate Profile:** * Technical education in Mechanical Manufacturing, Drafting, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field. * Prior experience in Technical Offices within industrial environments. * Knowledge of machining and/or sheet metal fabrication processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing and interpreting 2D drawings. * Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D design and modeling. * Familiarity with CAD\-CAM tools. * Experience in generating technical documentation and supporting production. * Ability to interpret manufacturing, assembly, and mechanical assembly drawings. * Experience in 3D printing and prototyping is desirable. * Organized, solution-oriented individual capable of coordinating effectively with workshop and production teams. ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract with the company, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 * Initial gross annual salary between 24k\-30k.
