




Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to provide daily direction and coordination of photovoltaic installation projects and solar parks, including coordination with industrial contractors, subcontractors, and in-house teams. Quality control and regulatory compliance We are seeking a Site Manager for Photovoltaic Installations and Solar Parks to perform daily direction and coordination of assigned construction sites, as well as coordination among various industrial contractors, subcontractors, and in-house site teams. Working hours: 08:00–16:30. Gross monthly salary: €1,924. Location: Riudoms. • Daily direction and coordination of assigned construction sites. • Coordination among various industrial contractors, subcontractors, and in-house site teams. • Planning of required human resources, materials, and auxiliary equipment. • Technical execution monitoring and adherence to the construction schedule. • Supervision and review of budgets, quotations, and supplier certifications. • Support in quality control of executed works and compliance with applicable regulations. • Basic financial oversight of the project and identification of deviations. • Documentation management for the project and periodic reporting to the Technical Office and Engineering Management. • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and site safety regulations. • Participation in progress meetings with clients, technical supervisors, and subcontractors. * Minimum 3 years of experience. • University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Energy, or related field) or Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager or Production Technician, preferably in photovoltaic projects, civil works, industrial installations, or renewable energy projects. • Knowledge of construction site management, planning, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. • Familiarity with construction regulations, electrical installations, and occupational health and safety (PRL) standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is advantageous. • Leadership, organizational, incident-resolution, and results-oriented capabilities. • Valid driving license category B. • Full availability for national travel and temporary assignments according to project locations. * Industrial, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,924 * Additional relevant information: Preferred qualifications include: • Specific experience in ground-mounted photovoltaic plants or solar parks. • Knowledge of commissioning and electrical grid connection of PV plants.
