




Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Technician to carry out tasks related to labor matters, personnel administration, payroll processing, Social Security, and daily labor management. Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail We are seeking a Human Resources Technician to perform labor-related tasks with a minimum of 2 years of experience. A degree in Labor Relations or a related field is required, along with knowledge of payroll software, EXCEL, the RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, and Certific@2\. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Key responsibilities and functions include: Personnel and payroll administration: comprehensive personnel management; preparation and administration of payrolls and settlements; calculation of IRPF. Social Security and official agencies: registrations, cancellations, and modifications via the RED system; submissions to Social Security and CRA through SILTRA; management of contracts, extensions, and certificates at SEPE (Contrat@ and Certific@2\). Daily labor management: attendance tracking; management of sick leave and work-related accidents; handling and resolution of queries regarding labor, contractual, and remuneration matters. * Experience: 24 months.
