We operate without franchises or corporate structures — relying on our own judgment, long-term relationships, and service standards that set us apart. **The Role** We seek a technical-commercial professional to comprehensively manage a portfolio of individual and small-business clients: quotations, renewals, comparative analyses, and proposals. The selected candidate will work with real autonomy and have direct access to all brokerage operations from day one. **What We Look For** Experience in insurance brokerage, insurance companies, or banking. Knowledge of the main insurance lines in the Spanish market. Fluent English — part of our portfolio is international, and English is used daily. Digital agility: we use modern tools and expect candidates to navigate digital environments confidently. Ability to work autonomously and attention to detail.
