Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Data Governance Lead** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead data governance maturity assessment and TO\-BE model definition. * Design the data governance operating model, including roles, policies, processes, and governance structure. * Define and evolve the strategy toward federated governance models aligned with the organization’s international growth and expansion. * Align business, processes, and technology with corporate data and analytics objectives. * Lead implementation of the model in pilot domains, activating data ownership and the roles of data owners and data stewards. * Drive organizational adoption through change management frameworks, maturity metrics, and training plans for data stewards and stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience leading data governance initiatives and data quality programs in complex corporate environments. * Experience in maturity assessment, TO\-BE model definition, and deployment of data operating models. * Practical knowledge of centralized and federated governance models. * Experience collaborating on data virtualization initiatives to deliver a unified enterprise view in multinational environments and acquisition processes. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode: 3 days per week at client offices in Madrid (Agustín de Foxá area). **Desirable:** * Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview (catalog, lineage). * Experience with data virtualization tools such as Denodo or Dremio. * Knowledge of other data governance and data quality platforms such as Collibra, Informatica (Axon, Data Quality), or Soda. * Experience in training and mentoring data stewards and business stakeholders. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible working arrangements and remote work options * Personalized career path and continuous training * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components * Flexible hours and focus on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at Conoce NEORIS, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-RD1
