Every day and for every position, we champion the genuine inclusion of individuals from vulnerable groups in our teams, directing job offers to anyone meeting the required technical and academic qualifications—regardless of their condition, origin, situation, or gender. **WE ARE PEOPLE WHO INTEGRATE PEOPLE**. **JOIN GRUPO OSGA!** **What will you do?** We need an office cleaning operator for offices located in LAS ROZAS DE MADRID. * Cleaning and disinfection of common areas, reception, workstations, offices, meeting rooms, furniture, restrooms, cafeteria, and kitchenette. * Daily cleaning of floors, outdoor areas within the premises, and garage. * Cleaning of doors, walls, baseboards, ceilings, lamps, light fixtures, and interior surfaces. * Cleaning of air-conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation grilles, and climate control equipment. **What are the requirements for this position?:** * Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team. * Preferably reside near the workplace or have reliable access to public or private transportation. * Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection protocols and products, and related machinery. * Prior and continuous experience in cleaning jobs. * Ability to detect visual and/or audible signals. * Ability to move freely throughout the facility and climb stairs without difficulty. * Professionalism and appropriate conduct. * Immediate availability to start. **What type of contract will you have?:** Initial TEMPORARY contract with potential conversion to a permanent contract based on performance. **What will your schedule be?:** Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with flexibility according to service needs. **What will your working hours be?:** 20 hours/week. **What will your salary be?:** According to the Special Employment Center Collective Agreement. **When do you start?:** Immediately. **Where?:** Las Rozas, Madrid.
