Currently, our operations are focused on Spain, with plans for international expansion in the coming years. **The Challenge** At 011h, we are seeking a BIM Architect to join our team to industrialize buildings and their construction solutions—ensuring they meet cost, feasibility, and standardization goals, integrating economic analysis from the design phase through to on-site implementation. **Requirements** **What will you do at 011h?** * Model and maintain the standard h0 building, incorporating internal Digital Platform construction systems and components, as well as internal modeling logic. * Create and manage parametric families to integrate new industrialized systems into the Revit model. * Cost control and oversight via the Revit model and extraction of analytical data. * Develop technical solutions and construction details using AutoCAD. * Collaborate with the rest of the product team to align technical decisions with their economic impact. **Who are we looking for?** * 3+ years of experience in architectural practices delivering executive projects. * Experience in BIM modeling of architectural projects (ideally multi-family residential) in Revit.
