




Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician to provide technical support to customers, handle complaints, perform maintenance and repair of products, and collaborate on documentation and training. Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electronics. Prior experience: 1 year. High level of English and Spanish. Driving license B1. SAP software: Advanced level. The selected candidate will perform customer technical support and assistance tasks, including complaint management, basic maintenance and product repair in accordance with technical support service guidelines. They will collaborate in preparing technical documentation and training materials, support customer and distributor training, and participate in activities related to continuous improvement, launch of new products, and dissemination of technical information to internal departments. They will maintain contact with Technical Sales Managers to align criteria and ensure correct application of procedures. * 12 months of experience.
