Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 h\- 17:00 h; Friday: 08:00 h\-16:00 h. Work modality: Hybrid (on-site and remote). Salary: €2,010.22 gross per month x 14 payments. Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electronics. Prior experience: 1 year. High level of English and Spanish. Driving license B1\. SAP program: Advanced level. The selected candidate will perform customer technical support and assistance tasks, including complaint management, basic maintenance and repair of products according to technical support service guidelines. Will collaborate in preparing technical documentation and training materials, support client and distributor training, and participate in activities related to continuous improvement, new product launches, and transmission of technical information to internal departments. Will maintain contact with Technical Sales Managers to align criteria and ensure correct application of procedures. * 12 months’ experience.
