You will support participants' daily activities, habits, and routines at our specialized care center. You will conduct case follow-ups to ensure better individualized care. You will design and promote activities. You will work with flexible hours, including one or two Saturdays per month. You will transport participants attending activities held outside the center. You will work as part of a team and coordinate with other services.
* Minimum 3 months’ experience. Experience working with persons with disabilities or mental health conditions.
* MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION
* Competencies / knowledge: We seek a candidate holding qualifications in sociosanitary care, nursing assistant, social integration, or related social-field training.
* Driving license: B
* Permanent employment contract
* Part-time position (20 hours per week)
* Gross monthly salary ranging from '700' to '800'
* Additional relevant information: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., plus one or two Saturdays per month; the following week includes one day off to be scheduled. You must be available to extend your working hours according to service needs. The indicated salary range is approximate for a half-time position; however, the final salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement and actual hours worked.
