You will support participants' daily activities, habits, and routines at our specialized care center. You will conduct case follow-ups to ensure better individualized care. You will design and promote activities. You will work with flexible scheduling, including one or two Saturdays per month. You will transport participants attending activities held outside the center. You will work as part of a team and coordinate with other services. * Minimum 3 months of experience. Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health conditions. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: We seek candidates with training in the sociosanitary field, nursing assistant, social integration, or related social sector education. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (4 hours per day) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '700' to '800' * Additional relevant information: Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday to Friday, plus one or two Saturdays per month; the following week includes one agreed-upon day off. You must be available to extend your working hours according to the service's varying needs. The gross salary range indicated in this job posting corresponds to the half-day position. The final salary will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and actual hours worked.
