Responsibilities
Professional Profile – Fixed and Mobile Telecommunications Construction
A professional with experience in executing, supervising, and coordinating fixed and mobile telecommunications construction works, both in urban and interurban environments. Specialized in network infrastructure deployment, field team management, and technical-economic control of works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Knowledge of optical fiber networks (FTTH, FTTx), mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), and associated systems, covering all phases from surveying and design to commissioning and project close-out. Experience coordinating with operators, engineering firms, contractors, and public administrations, as well as managing permits and related impacts.
Typical responsibilities:
Supervision of fixed and mobile telecommunications construction works.
Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors on site.
Surveying of routes, ducts, and site locations.
Execution of aerial, underground, and indoor optical fiber deployments.
Installation and adaptation of mobile sites (towers).
Monitoring of scheduling, cost control, and certifications.
Verification of work quality and resolution of technical incidents.
Compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and on-site security regulations.
Technical liaison with clients, operators, and supervising engineers.
Technical knowledge:
FTTH / FTTx and optical fiber backbone networks.
Mobile networks: radio, transmission, and associated civil works.
Ducts, manholes, chambers, and supports.
Telecommunications equipment and materials.
Applicable technical and safety regulations for construction.
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and project documentation.
