Intress needs to incorporate an **Intercultural Mediator** into its team to permanently cover the "*Service for Unaccompanied Migrant Children and Adolescents*" in Palma de Mallorca.
***What responsibilities will you have?***
* Facilitate communication and ensure that individuals involved in care understand, and are understood by, center staff. (This includes translating conversations, documents, forms, and any other necessary information.)
* Actively and proactively collaborate with the center’s professional team to guarantee optimal support for service users.
* Participate in organizing workshops, events, and programs to help service users adapt to their new environment and overcome linguistic and cultural barriers.
* Maintain confidentiality of information provided by service users or individuals involved in the care process. This includes compliance with privacy laws and professional ethics.

***What do we expect from you?***
**Required Academic Qualifications:**
* Degree in Intercultural Mediation
* Training in the social field.
* Specific training to practice mediation.
***Required Professional Experience:***
* One year of experience performing similar duties.
**Required Knowledge:**
* French language
