**Wire EDM Technician** ======================================== We need to incorporate a **Wire EDM Technician**; you will join a highly specialized team dedicated to manufacturing precision components. If you seek stability, a technical environment, and the opportunity to continue your professional development, this could be your chance. **Responsibilities** ------------- **What will be your mission?** Perform wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) operations for the manufacturing and maintenance of high-precision components, ensuring maximum quality and adherence to production deadlines. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Set up, program, and operate CNC wire EDM machines. * Manufacture high-precision components from technical drawings. * Interpret drawings and verify compliance with required tolerances. * Perform dimensional inspections using measuring equipment. * Adjust machining parameters to optimize process quality. * Carry out basic maintenance and care of machinery. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing tasks. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience as a Wire EDM Technician. * Experience with Mitsubishi machines is highly valued. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and metrology. * Vocational training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, or similar field, or equivalent experience. * Organized, meticulous, and quality-oriented individual. * Experience in mold, die, fixture, or high-precision part manufacturing. * CAD/CAM knowledge. * Proficient use of measuring instruments. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety for the metal sector. **Working Conditions** ------------------------- * Direct hiring by the company. * Stable project within an established industrial company. * Salary between **€29,000 and €32,000 gross annually**, negotiable based on experience provided. * Planned start date: September. * Opportunity to develop your professional career in a technical environment, working with high-precision machining processes. ### **Location** Sabadell ### **Work Schedule Type** Full-time ### **Working Hours** ### **Contract Type** Permanent ### **Salary** 29\-32K **Share this job posting** -------------------------
