Description
We are seeking personnel for manufacturing and assembly tasks of cable harnesses intended for the aerospace sector. The role involves performing detailed wiring operations in accordance with strict sector-specific quality and safety standards. The incumbent will work side-by-side with a technical team to produce precision components, collaborating with the engineering department to ensure all specifications are met.
Daily responsibilities include handling various types of connectors and cables, verifying that each component meets functional and durability requirements. The work environment is highly meticulous, requiring constant attention to detail due to the critical importance of these elements for aviation safety. Continuous technical assistance is provided to resolve any questions or issues arising during the process.
This position contributes directly to innovative projects, offering opportunities to develop expertise in high-precision wiring. The salary is €13.10 gross per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00\. An initial one-month contract is offered, extendable depending on project progress; the workplace is located in Ugena (Toledo).
Prior experience in cable harness assembly—whether in aerospace, electronic, or industrial contexts—is required. Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing under IPC/WHMA\-A\-620\ standards is mandatory. Candidates must be capable of independently interpreting technical drawings and following detailed documentation. Experience with or familiarity with military and aerospace connectors, as well as background in aerospace, defense, electronics, or telecommunications sectors, will be valued. While specific certification is not mandatory, practical experience working under these quality standards is required.
