Job Summary: Production operator responsible for maintaining optimal operation of machinery, performing quality controls, and collaborating in a healthy work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of production machinery. 2. Conducting product quality controls. 3. Effective teamwork collaboration and communication. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. * Morning Shift: 6:00 AM\-2:15 PM * Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM\-10:15 PM * Night Shift: 10:00 PM\-6:15 AM **Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery optimally to meet established performance and quality targets. * Manual assembly * Complete production reports as indicated by planning. * Enter produced stock into the computer system. * Perform product quality controls according to specified instructions. * Replace machine components as required (coils, self-closing tape, batchers, cartons, mandrels, etc.). * Clean and organize the machine and work area. **Required Competencies:** * Must be capable of achieving established production output targets within timeframes defined by the product being manufactured. * Must communicate effectively with operators on the same line during shift handover to ensure incidents occurring during one's shift are not repeated. * Must collaborate to maintain a healthy work environment where employees work for the common good, to achieve the objectives of their job activities, and for collective well-being—the welfare of all team members. **Required Education:** * **Experience operating machinery.** * **Mechanical and electromechanical training, vocational training (FP)/degrees will be valued.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €19,000.00\-€23,000.00 per year Benefits: * Christmas food basket * Company-provided meals * Company events * Provided uniform Work Location: On-site employment
