Our plumbing and air conditioning company in Lleida is looking for an **Assistant** eager to grow with us. No specific vocational qualification in this sector is required, but we do value someone who is "handy" and familiar with basic everyday tools. We’ll teach you the rest! **What qualifications are we looking for in you?** * **Basic knowledge:** Familiarity with using physical tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.). * **Attitude:** A dynamic, responsible, self-motivated individual with strong enthusiasm for learning a trade. * **Minimum education:** Compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent (technical certification not required). * **Languages:** Spanish and/or Catalan. * **Mobility:** Residence in Lleida city or surrounding towns. * **Mandatory requirement:** Valid driver’s license (to operate company vehicles). **What will your main responsibilities be?** You will work side-by-side with our certified technician, performing support tasks such as: * Preparing, organizing, and maintaining tools and materials required for each job or service. * Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. * Performing auxiliary tasks during daily jobs and repairs. **What do we offer you?** * **Learning opportunity:** On-the-job training to acquire a stable and in-demand trade. * **Employment contract:** A permanent position with a reputable, established local company. * **Positive work environment:** Integration into a close-knit and professional team. * **Terms:** Working hours and salary to be agreed upon (details provided during interview).
