#### **Your Mission Will Be:**
At Schindler Iberia, we are seeking a technically skilled individual with a passion for knowledge sharing to join our Technical Management team as a Technical Support Expert.
You will be part of the Technical Support team within our Technical School—a key area providing direct support to operations and contributing to the continuous development of our field teams.
This is a high-impact role where you will combine complex problem-solving with technical training and development for our professionals.
Your mission will be to lead technical support and training activities, helping resolve complex malfunctions and enhancing the technical capabilities of our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide telephone support for resolving complex malfunctions (IE/NI/REP/MOD).
* Conduct on-site interventions to support resolution of highly complex technical incidents.
* Design and develop technical training content.
* Deliver training to company technicians.
* Create operational simulators for use in training and remote support.
* Prepare and maintain reference technical documentation.
#### **What Do You Need to Succeed?**
* We seek a candidate with technical education in electricity, electronics, or computer science (engineering qualifications are an asset), experience in the vertical transportation sector—particularly in escalators—and solid knowledge of control systems as well as mechanical operation of elevators and escalators.
* Strong communication and pedagogical skills, ability to work collaboratively, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams) are essential. Intermediate English and Portuguese language skills are valued.
* This position is especially suitable if you have held roles such as Specialist Technician, Support Technician, Notification Technician, Repair Technician (with notification experience), Qualison Technician, Technical Trainer, or CPSY Technician.
* We seek a candidate available for approximately 30% travel, holding a valid driver’s license, and **preferably based in Zaragoza**, although we will also consider applications from **Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, or other locations with excellent connectivity.**
