Espiral is seeking a **Social Worker** for our clinic in **Benidorm**—would you like to join us? You will become part of a team of professionals who collaborate closely to deliver personalized, high-quality care to each patient and their family. **What will be your mission?** To conduct social assessment and intervention for patients and their families, facilitating coordination among the clinical team, the family, and various social, healthcare, educational, and community resources—aiming to support the patient’s overall progress and well-being, as well as their autonomy and social inclusion. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive social assessments of users and their families upon admission to the Day Hospital. * Prepare and update individualized social reports and social intervention plans. * Coordinate with community, social, and healthcare resources (e.g., municipal social services, mental health organizations, housing and employment services). * Facilitate coordination among the user, their family, and the multidisciplinary therapeutic team. * Conduct family interviews and psychoeducational sessions targeting the user’s environment. * Manage procedures related to benefits, resources, and referrals (e.g., dependency, disability, social assistance). * Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and in developing group therapeutic programs. * Collaborate in discharge planning and in organizing continuity of care and social support for the user. * Record clinical activities in accordance with internal protocols and current regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Work. * Registration with the corresponding Official College of Social Workers (or commitment to register). * Prior experience in mental health (valuable experience includes Day Hospitals, Mental Health Units [USM], Community Rehabilitation and Integration Services [CRIS], or other mental health care settings). * Knowledge of socio-healthcare resources and the mental health network of the Valencian Community. * Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and capacity to manage crisis situations. * Additional training in family intervention, psychoeducation, or community mental health intervention is desirable. **What do we offer?** * A collaborative and professional work environment. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * Permanent contract, 30-hour workweek. * 23 working days of annual vacation plus 5 flexible days. * Immediate incorporation.
