Niche Hack Lab is looking for a confident and personable Sales Representative who enjoys talking with customers and turning conversations into opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding what customers are looking for, explaining our offerings, answering questions, and guiding interested clients through the sales process. **What You’ll Do:** * Speak with new and existing customers by phone, email, or other channels * Follow up with leads and respond to customer requests * Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Prepare basic sales information and keep customer details up to date * Build positive, professional relationships with clients * Follow up after conversations to help move opportunities forward We are looking for someone who communicates naturally, listens well, and takes responsibility for their work. You should be comfortable starting conversations, handling questions, and staying focused on results without losing a customer\-friendly approach. Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates with strong communication skills who are ready to learn and develop in sales.
