We are seeking a Regional Manager to work in Alicante, on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with split shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, including breaks as stipulated by law. Key responsibilities include comprehensive management of the assigned work centers within the region, as well as supervising compliance with company procedures and standards. Operational processes are also analyzed and monitored continuously to enable ongoing improvement, alongside coordination and motivation of work teams. Additionally, the profit-and-loss account for each center is managed to implement actions supporting the achievement of objectives. Other duties include assessing the local market and competition, proposing improvements to optimize results and service quality, and performing other tasks inherent to the role. * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible, punctual, proactive, and organized individual. * Valid type B driving license required. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Availability for flexible working hours and geographical mobility. * Prior experience in team management. * Experience in sectors such as hospitality and nightlife. \- * Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Hospitality and Tourism, or equivalent.
