WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Your mission will be to coordinate and manage programs and activities that foster digital inclusion, ensuring each project is successfully implemented and delivers tangible impact in people's lives. We want you to become part of a team that cares deeply about people — one that listens, learns, and adapts to the needs of those who need it most.
Your responsibilities include:
Activity organization: Plan, coordinate, and finalize projects, ensuring necessary resources are available and objectives are met — always with a human-centered approach.
Trainer management: Coordinate and support the training team, maintaining consistent, empathetic, and motivating communication.
Internal collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure all activities align with the organization’s mission and reflect our values of inclusion and equity.
Project monitoring: Oversee the entire activity lifecycle — from planning to evaluation — continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to the needs of the people we serve.
Report writing: Document and share project progress and outcomes in a manner that is clear and meaningful to all stakeholders.
Project evaluation: Implement, monitor, and evaluate projects to ensure their effectiveness and confirm they truly make a difference in people’s lives.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU TO TAKE ON THIS CHALLENGE?
Education: Training in fields related to project management, social work, education, or similar disciplines.
Experience: Proven experience managing projects and coordinating training activities, especially within social inclusion contexts.
WHAT AWAITS YOU AT CIBERVOLUNTARIOS?
Indefinite-term contract, with a probationary period as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, supporting a healthy balance between personal and professional life.
Salary: €18\.000 gross annual salary.
Work modality: 100% onsite in Madrid
