This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this recognition for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent vacancy for a **Port Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Ciudadela de Menorca**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the cargo hold capacities of each vessel and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for boarding, to ensure proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established schedule to the office. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre-boarding and boarding areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. **Schedule:** Rotating morning, afternoon, or night shifts, with 2 days off during the week. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
