**Laboratorios Vilardell** is a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in digestive health, with over **90 years of history**, and a pioneer in the Spanish pharmaceutical industry. We were born in the pharmacy to serve the pharmacy, and we continue working to become the **reference laboratory in digestive wellness**, both in Spain and internationally, through our specialized product range (**OTC, dietary supplements, and medical devices**). We are seeking a **Trainer** to support pharmacies in developing the digestive health category, training pharmacy teams, and reinforcing counter recommendations. Our goal is to build a true **partnership relationship with the pharmacy channel**. **What will you find in this role?** ✔ A key role developing expertise in the digestive health category ✔ A partnership relationship with the pharmacy channel **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: * **Training**: collaboration on the annual training plan, delivery of training sessions, practical product recommendations and differentiation, creation of training materials. * **In-pharmacy support**: periodic visits, review of product display, reinforcement of counter recommendations, identification of improvement opportunities, anticipation of needs... * **Industry events**: participation in congresses, professional seminars, presentations, and training workshops... * **Support for sell-out initiatives**: collaboration on actions to boost pharmacy turnover, gathering insights to improve strategies and training programs. * Collaboration with internal teams to drive category development. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Join a **solid, expanding company undergoing continuous innovation**, committed to delivering high-quality solutions and generating real impact for pharmacies. * **Full-time position with flexible hours**: start time between 09:00 and 09:30; end time between 18:00 and 18:30. * **Intensive schedule every Friday** (09:00 to 15:00). * **100% remote work mode with in-person pharmacy visits.** **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * **Specialized education** (Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy and Parapharmacy Technician). * Over **3 years of experience as a trainer or product/category manager within the pharmacy channel (management, counter recommendations, and profitability) with end customers and/or pharmaceutical consulting.** * We seek a profile with a **consultative and training-oriented mindset**, who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting pharmacy teams. * Knowledge of the **digestive health category** is highly valued. * Professional proficiency in **Spanish (Castilian)**. * Availability to **travel and conduct pharmacy visits (50% of time); valid driver’s license is mandatory.** * Proficiency in **digital tools for online training**.
