We are looking for a junior industrial electromechanic to join an industrial-sector company located in Écija (Seville). The ideal candidate must have technical education and enthusiasm for learning within a productive environment, as part of a dynamic technical team. Main responsibilities include supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery; collaborating in the detection and repair of electrical and mechanical faults; interpreting technical documentation with team support for equipment adjustment and commissioning; supporting production process improvement and reduction of incidents; and complying with safety and quality protocols. We offer an initial 3-month contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), followed by permanent employment, full-time schedule Monday to Friday, salary according to collective agreement, ongoing training, technical team mentoring, and real opportunities for professional development in a pleasant work environment. * Vocational training (FP I or FP II) in electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics. * Interest in learning and developing within the sector. * Teamwork ability, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of industrial automation or control systems. * Prior experience in industrial environments (internships or similar).
