**JOIN ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN SPAIN** At **Pernod Ricard España**, we are seeking a **temporary Finance Analyst** to join our team in **Madrid under a one-year traineeship contract.** If you’re looking to gain experience in finance and grow within an international company, this is your opportunity! **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Supporting the Management Control department, your key responsibilities will include: * **Support in industrial financial planning**, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and coordinating across multiple functional areas. * **Support in evaluating and optimizing production center profitability**, identifying improvement opportunities and leading operational and financial transformation initiatives. * **Collaborate in designing and monitoring monthly financial performance reports**, delivering key insights and fostering data-driven decision-making. * **Learn to conduct budget variance analysis**, participating in follow-up meetings with key stakeholders to define corrective action plans. * **Collaborate in managing financial and operational dashboards**, ensuring alignment with business needs and promoting automation via BI tools. * **Support coordination of the quarterly financial forecasting process and definition of annual standard costs**, integrating operational, commercial, and strategic variables. * Review processes with the business analytics team. * **Support driving the digital transformation of the finance function**, leading the development and implementation of automated, scalable BI solutions. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or related field completed within the last three years. * Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with other management software tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
