We seek individuals passionate about tourism and customer service to promote and sell excursions and experiences to our hotel guests. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for advising guests during their stay, promoting the sale of excursions and tourist activities at assigned hotels, ensuring an excellent service experience, and contributing to achieving commercial objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Visit assigned hotels to attend to guests. * Inform and advise on available excursions and activities. * Promote and sell excursions tailored to each guest’s needs. * Address questions and provide recommendations regarding destinations and experiences. * Manage reservations and track sales made. * Maintain smooth communication with operational and commercial teams. * Represent the W2M brand image at assigned hotels. * Contribute to achieving established sales targets. **Requirements:** --------------- **We’d love it if you have:** Mandatory * High-level Dutch. * High-level English. * Spanish proficiency enabling fluent communication. * Customer orientation and commercial skills. * Communication and negotiation abilities. * Availability to travel between assigned hotels. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. Desirable * Knowledge of French. * Prior experience selling excursions, tourist activities, or providing customer service. * Familiarity with the destination and local tourism offerings. * Experience in hotel or tourism environments. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary plus commissions. * Gasoline included for job-related travel.
