We are seeking an EVENTS MANAGER for our HESPERIA SEVILLA HOTEL. What will you do on a daily basis? · Plan, organize, and execute events. · Budget management. · Coordinate events with clients: payment, billing, invoicing. · Drive sales and promote company services. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for business growth. · Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and external contacts. · This position is fundamental to the company’s growth and success, as you will be at the forefront of customer interaction. ### **Requirements** · University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. · Knowledge of commercial techniques and sales. · Organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Teamwork orientation. · Proven experience in sales functions within 4-star hotels, with extensive meeting room facilities. · Experience in acquiring new clients in domestic markets, attending trade fairs, roadshows, and workshops with other companies. · Familiarity with major DMCs (Destination Management Companies). · Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory; French or German as a second language is valued. · Minimum two years’ experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role within 4-star hospitality. ### **Offered** • Immediate hiring • Integration into an established urban hotel with high corporate volume • Professional development within a growing organizational structure • Permanent contract following a probationary period • Full-time working hours • Positive work environment and autonomy in department management • Salary according to collective agreement • Special discounts at Company hotels, as well as on a variety of services and products. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
