Are you ready to become part of THE\-ARE’s story? **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Creation of patterns for all THE\-ARE products. * Technical supervision of fit sessions, proposing immediate pattern corrections. * Definition of grading rules by body morphology and technical specifications for different fabrics. * Maximization of fabric yield in production marker layouts. * Autonomous resolution of manufacturing-related queries, including grading coordination with factories and workshops. * Ongoing maintenance and updating of the company’s corporate pattern library. * Transforming issues into actionable data to prioritize tasks, prevent errors, and improve processes. **Requirements:** --------------- **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree or vocational training program in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Pattern Making & Garment Construction, or related field. * Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Garment construction and pattern making: ability to understand and support grading processes. * Technical specification sheets: proficiency in creating and interpreting spec sheets containing measurements, materials, and finishes. * Textile production processes: basic understanding of how collections are developed (from sample to full production). * Textile quality: knowledge of quality control procedures and approval criteria. * Specialized software: proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and the digital pattern-making software INVESTRÓNICA. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Organizational and document management skills (both physical and digital archives). * Attention to detail and sensitivity toward quality. * Communication and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers. * Teamwork and cross-departmental support (design, production, quality). **THE\-ARE BENEFITS:** At THE\-ARE, you don’t just come to work — you come to grow, get inspired, and enjoy what you do every single day. **Offices with soul:** Open-plan spaces, a recording studio, relaxation zones, and breathtaking sunsets visible right from your desk. **Flexible compensation:** Health, training, and meal benefits — because work should also contribute to your well-being. **THEARE Club Benefits:** Access our exclusive discount club offering savings on travel, home goods, beauty products, sports, and more. **Fashion within reach:** Enjoy discounts of 30% to 70% across all our collections. **Testers Club:** Be the first to discover and try out THE\-ARE’s newest launches — before anyone else. **Special Fridays:** Fridays aren’t just great for the shortened workday — they also feature free lunch.
