We are closely linked to Barcelona, yet we project our Mediterranean identity internationally—present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (pavements), and **Building** (architectural concrete). The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks inherent to the finishing process, such as moving parts, flipping them over, and performing any bridge crane movements required for the production process. The candidate will operate under the supervision of the Finishing Department Manager or Section Head—or, alternatively, the Team Leader—and in accordance with applicable rules and procedures. The candidate will support finishing operators during the finishing process, as directed by the Finishing Department Manager or Section Head—or, alternatively, the Team Leader. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Performing all movements of parts and associated components related to the finishing process. * Assisting in finishing tasks requiring intermediate-level knowledge of sulfating machines and grinders, under the supervision of the Section Supervisor and following provided instructions and training. * Executing work to achieve required quality standards for part finishing, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Production Manager. * Identifying quality deficiencies in parts and reporting any incidents to the supervisor. * Ensuring compliance—and collaborating with supervisors on compliance—with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Assisting in other production tasks, as deemed necessary by supervisors for organizational reasons related to production. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working atmosphere, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan. **Requirements** -------------- We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience. * Additional qualifications, certifications, and licenses; other courses and non-regulated training. Specialization: Bridge Crane. * Competencies: Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Concern for order. Tolerance for routine. Teamwork.
