At **Our Lady of the Nativity Residence (Guadamur, Toledo)**, we are seeking a responsible, organized, and service-oriented **Cook** to join our team. **Your mission:** Prepare balanced and healthy menus, ensuring excellent culinary quality and the well-being of our residents. **Main responsibilities** * Daily preparation of menus following technical specifications and personalized diets. * Quality control for each meal service (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP). * Basic warehouse management and goods receipt. * Collaborate with the kitchen team and center management. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook (preferably in collective catering, residential facilities, schools, hospitals, or traditional restaurants). * Knowledge of diets, food allergies, and intolerances. * Ability to work effectively in a team, strong sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills. * Immediate or short-term availability. **We offer** * Integration into a **stable team** with a positive working environment. * Work schedule according to shift roster and long-term stability. * Salary according to collective agreement + applicable allowances. * A well-organized facility with a fully equipped kitchen.
