Good working atmosphere Cook/Cookess – Les Gavines Residential Care Home (Castelldefels) At **Les Gavines Residential Care Home**, located in **Castelldefels**, we are looking for a **Cook/Cookess** to join our team in March, following the retirement of the current professional. Responsibilities: * Daily preparation of menus for elderly residents. * Preparation of adapted diets (e.g., pureed, low-sodium, diabetic, etc.). * Quality control, hygiene management, and compliance with health regulations (HACCP). * Kitchen organization and basic management of orders and inventory. * Coordination with management and healthcare staff. Requirements: * Prior experience in collective catering, residential care homes, hospitals, or canteens. * Food handling training certification. * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. * Experience in geriatric nutrition is an advantage.
