We are looking for **a Catering Chef** to join one of our residences in **El Masnou.** The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 40 hours per week.** * Duration: holiday cover starting immediately until approximately end of November. * Schedule: various shifts/times during the coverage period. * **Salary: approx. 1\.633 gross per month, paid in 12 annual installments.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
