




Position Summary: ACCIONA is seeking an intern to support the Business Development team in origination and analysis of real estate opportunities, negotiation with investor partners, asset management, and preparation of strategic presentations. ACCIONA, through its Real Estate business line, seeks to onboard an intern to provide support to the Business Development team.**Position Description** **Mission:** * Support the Business Development team in (i) origination with *brokers* and analysis of opportunities in residential, office, student housing, senior housing, and logistics sectors; (ii) negotiation with investor partners for joint ventures or turnkey projects and delegated developments; (iii) management of operational real estate assets; and (iv) preparation of strategic presentations. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with the department in responsibilities such as the following: Opportunity Analysis and Negotiation with Investor Partners: * Review and analyze press releases, company financial results, and sectoral reports regarding the real estate market. * Conduct research on potential new business areas, as well as new applicable regulations or policies (e.g., co\-living, senior housing, or housing legislation). * Contact various real estate agents (e.g., CBRE, Savills Aguirre Newman, Colliers, Cushman \& Wakefield, or JLL) to generate investment opportunities. * Collaborate in preparing investment proposals for the Investment Committee: * Identify and justify business hypotheses (e.g., comparable rental prices or typical customer profiles). * Input data and manage financial models in Excel. * Draft the investment proposal document, as well as complementary documents. * Prepare physical site visits to assets, both from the perspective of analyzing points of interest and logistical coordination. * Prepare information to share with clients or partners during due diligence processes (e.g., in a virtual data room), including consolidating responses in a Q\&A process. Management of Operational Assets: * Periodically analyze occupancy rates across each asset (e.g., hotel rooms, student residences, office spaces). * Support gathering necessary inputs for the annual budget and business plan. * Monitor technical maintenance activities and upcoming renovation projects. * Participate in resolving daily operational issues of varying nature (e.g., changes to billing addresses, designing response protocols for exceptional cases). Preparation of Strategic Presentations: * Gather updated data on the status of our projects every 2\-3 months (e.g., construction progress). * Prepare quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors, as well as other corporate-level presentations. **Candidate Requirements** * Final-year undergraduate student or dual-degree student in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * High level of English; additional languages are valued positively. * Availability to complete a 6-month internship under a university agreement. **What Do We Expect From You?** We seek individuals with high potential, strong teamwork skills, and motivation to grow within an international company.
