You will perform a **hybrid business-technology role**, engaging throughout the entire lifecycle: requirements gathering, BPM modeling, functional definition, and implementation support. Your responsibilities will include: * **Analysis and modeling** of processes in **BPM** 2.0 * Implementing **automation solutions (Camunda)** * **Defining processes jointly with business units and collaborating with technical teams** to ensure correct implementation. * **Enterprise process automation.** * Continuous interaction with business, architecture, and development teams, acting as the **bridge between functional and technical stakeholders.** **Requirements** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a **BPM** Process Consultant * Experience in **process analysis and modeling** * Experience with modeling tools (**Camunda, ARIS, Visio**, etc.) * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (**Lean, Six Sigma**, etc.) **Additional Information** **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Indefinite contract and full-time schedule * Possibility of **remote work.** * 23 vacation days * **Continuous training**: technical, transversal, and language skills.
