ACCIONA, within its Real Estate business line, seeks to onboard an intern to provide support to the Business Development team.**Job Description** **Mission:** * Support the Business Development team in (i) originating and analyzing opportunities with *brokers* across residential, office, student housing, senior living, and logistics sectors; (ii) negotiating with investor partners for joint ventures, turnkey projects, or delegated developments; (iii) managing operational real estate assets; and (iv) preparing strategic presentations. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with the department on tasks such as: Opportunity analysis and negotiation with investor partners: * Review and analyze press releases, company financial results, and sector reports related to the real estate market. * Conduct research on potential new business areas, as well as newly applicable regulations or policies (e.g., co-living, senior housing, or housing legislation). * Contact various real estate agencies (e.g., CBRE, Savills Aguirre Newman, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, or JLL) to originate investment opportunities. * Collaborate on preparing investment proposals for the Investment Committee: * Identify and justify business hypotheses (e.g., comparable rental prices or typical customer profiles). * Input data and manage financial models in Excel. * Draft the investment proposal document and other supporting materials. * Prepare physical site visits to assets—both from an analytical perspective (identifying key points of interest) and logistically. * Prepare information to share with clients or partners during due diligence processes (e.g., in a virtual data room), including consolidating responses during Q&A processes. Management of operational assets: * Periodically analyze occupancy rates across assets—e.g., hotel rooms, student residences, office spaces. * Support gathering necessary inputs for the annual budget and business plan. * Monitor technical maintenance activities and upcoming renovation projects. * Participate in resolving daily operational issues of various kinds—e.g., changes to billing addresses, designing action protocols for exceptional cases.
