In the Sales Assistant position at Joyerías Sánchez, you will be responsible for daily in-store customer service, advising clients on selecting jewelry and accessories according to their needs. You will manage the entire sales process: from product presentation, quotation preparation, and payment collection, to packaging and delivery of items. You will also assist with restocking merchandise, arranging products in display cases, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. You will keep basic stock records and support inventory tasks, as well as help prepare promotions and special campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our store in Málaga. **Requirements** * Interpersonal and customer service skills: ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and provide approachable, professional service. * Communication skills: ability to convey information clearly, practice active listening, and adapt language to different types of customers. * Commercial and sales skills: results-oriented mindset, ability to recommend products, close sales, and respectfully handle objections. * Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize activities, and maintain an orderly and attractive store environment. * Minimum education: completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent; prior experience in retail—especially in jewelry or fashion—is valued, as are basic office software and POS system knowledge.
